11+ app vs tutor: what does your tuition come to?
A tutor and an app are not the same thing, and this page does not pretend they are. It answers one narrow question with your own numbers: what does the tuition you are considering come to, and what does the subscription come to over the same weeks?

What the result is, and is not
The tuition figure is your rate, times your hours a week, times your weeks. We do not know what tutors charge in your area and we do not suggest a figure - the calculator starts empty for that reason. If you have not been quoted a rate yet, the result cannot tell you anything.
The BrightEleven figures are the two published prices - the monthly plan for the number of whole months your weeks span, and the annual plan for the number of whole years - both rounded up. Any part month counts as a month; any part year as a year.
Neither column says anything about outcomes. We publish no pass rates for any approach, with or without a tutor, and a lower total is not a better result. What a tutor provides that an app does not, and how each part can be covered at home, is in preparing without a tutor.
