Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this form. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel by any clear statement - an email saying you wish to cancel is enough - and you have 14 days from the day your contract with us was made. This form is here because the Regulations require us to make it available to you. Send it, or your own statement, to the address or email address below, and we will refund you in full within 14 days of being told.
A full refund ends your subscription straight away rather than at the end of the period you had paid for. Nothing is deleted: your dashboard and your child's progress are kept exactly as they are, and you can subscribe again at any time.

Cancelling a subscription outside the 14-day period is different and does not need this form: it is self-serve from your billing page at any time, it stops future billing immediately, and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
